Skilfully illuminate photo and video motifs - with these versatile area lights from our Niova series. These powerful, versatile, professional area lights are suitable for lighting portraits, groups, individuals and other subjects, such as products or food, as well as for illuminating backgrounds. The area lights thus fulfil the wishes and needs of demanding and professional users in the field of photography and video.

Powerful Bi Colour area lights from the Niova series
Consistent performance at any colour temperature: a whole 1,700 energy-efficient SMD LEDs with up to 0.2 W each generate a luminous flux of up to 15,000 lumens. The white light can be dimmed between 10 and 100 % in 1 % steps, and the colour temperature can also be adjusted between 3,200 and 5,600 K in 100 K steps. The colour rendering index CRI as well as TLCI are both above 97 Ra, which guarantees you a colour-stable light according to your wishes.

Soft light, hardly any shadows
Thanks to the wide beam angle of 120°, you can choose from a wide variety of lighting scenarios. For example, it is easy to illuminate larger areas such as backgrounds softly and gently. With the two diffuser discs included, soft and ultrasoft, you can further influence the lighting characteristics. Ultra-soft light that hardly casts any shadows is thus easily possible. With the barn doors you can control the diffusion of the light and shade areas. Take advantage of the many possibilities for your photo as well as video projects.

Simple operation
Operate the surface area luminaires conveniently directly on the unit, where a display shows you all settings made, or from up to 50 metres away via the remote controls included. In addition, the luminaires can be integrated into a DMX universe with the enclosed cable and controlled remotely via DMX512. Perfect especially when several luminaires are switched in chain. This is easily possible because each luminaire has a DMX input and a DMX output. Daisy-chaining several luminaires is therefore very easy. The luminaires are attached to the lighting stand with a standard 5/8 inch spigot. They are therefore compatible with practically all commercially available lamp stands.

High-quality materials
The housing, the U-bracket and the barn doors of the lamps are made of high-quality aluminium alloy. This makes the housing very stable and resilient even during intensive outdoor use.

Silent, passive cooling - ideal for videos
The luminaires are passively cooled by cooling fins and are therefore noiseless, making them ideal for video shoots and other applications where sound is a critical factor, such as baby photography.

Flexible use thanks to battery mount
Thanks to the connections for two V-mount rechargeable batteries on each light, the Bi-Color surface lights can also be operated independently of the mains, for example for outdoor shoots on location. V-mount batteries are available separately.

The Walimex pro AIR 355 lamp tripods are a high-quality solution for photo and videography in the studio and on the road. With a net weight of only approx. 2.15 kg each and a transport size of just under 120 cm, the very well manufactured tripods are portable and can be used flexibly.
