The Aptaris Coldshoe Mounting Plate is a most convenient and versatile accessory you can, in combination with a handle, use as a simple alternative to the Cage and thus use it preferably for calm ground level shoots. The plate is simply fastened to the hot shoe. A special screwing device thereby ensures secure hold without slipping. With its numerous â• inch threads you not only can flexibly mount the handle, but also attach further accessories, like e.g. an LED-lamp or a microphone. Just like the complete Aptaris system, the Coldshoe Mounting Plate is also developed and manufactured in Germany.
