Clip-on microphone with jack plug
This active lavalier microphone with optional button cell power is suitable for all recording devices with a jack plug, i.e. video cameras, DSLR cameras as well as smartphones with 3.5 mm headphone/microphone jacks. Of course, the microphone can also be connected to a mixing console or a PC. The control unit, which is intended for the wearer of the microphone, has a level switch that can be switched on in case of loud ambient noise, which lowers the level by 10 dB so that the ambient noise does not predominate the recording. A headphone jack in the control unit allows the wearer of the microphone to wear monitor headphones and control how their voice is recorded - ideal for solo podcasters, vloggers and anyone else who doesn't have an audio engineer. The microphone can be toggled with a switch for use on smartphones or on cameras.
